« Très bonne expérience globale dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était globalement attentionné et agréable. Seul petit bémol lors du check-in : la personne qui s’est occupée de nous nous a indiqué que nous étions dans une « cheap room ». Ce commentaire m’a semblé inutile et inapproprié. « L’hôtel est bien, le seul petit reproche concerne le restaurant. En effet, on a attendu longtemps et j’ai dû demander à réchauffer mon plat qui était froid. Sinon rien à reprocher, la piscine et le bar cocktail étaient de bon niveau. »

« Lovely place and all the staff I met along the way were very friendly and hospitable. Very clean and tidy facility so I was very comfortable. Nice touch with aromatherapy. Great location to food and spas just across the street. Will definitely return as it’s very clean and I never had to ask for anything when the room is well stock with amenities. »

We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. We will be staying here everytime we come back to Danang. »
