The layout works particularly well for families, two couples or guests combining a coastal stay with remote work.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire apartment and its designated parking space. They also have access to the building’s shared amenities, including the seasonal outdoor pool, gym, grill/event area, gardens, children’s playground and recreational spaces.



The outdoor pool generally operates from November through March and is subject to weather conditions and current building management policies. Other shared amenities may also be subject to building schedules, reservations and operational rules.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida San Martín, the apartment is in one of Viña del Mar’s most convenient coastal areas, close to beaches, the waterfront promenade, Muelle Vergara, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping.



Playa Acapulco is approximately a 6-minute walk away. Mall Marina and other services are also nearby, making it easy to combine the beach, dining and shopping without relying on a car for every trip.



Getting Around:

Playa Acapulco and the waterfront can be reached on foot, and many restaurants, shops and everyday services are located nearby.



For trips to central Viña del Mar, Reñaca, Concón or Valparaíso, taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available from Avenida San Martín.



Viña del Mar Bus Terminal is approximately 2.2 km from the property. For longer trips or when traveling with luggage, vehicle transportation is generally the most convenient option.
