« The apartment was nice a clean. We were close to buses, trains and the ferry. We were close enough to walk to downtown Sydney across the bridge. We felt safe in the city even during the night. It was nice having a kitchen and laundry facilities on site. Communication with the management was quick and they addressed issues promptly. The only issue we had was the wifi signal was a bit weak in the smaller bedroom and the knob to the dryer was broken and we had to hang our clothes to dry. »

« Obligée de mettre optimale tellement tout est parfait : la situation (oui on a bien vu sur l’opéra et Harbour bridge et pas en se mettant sur le pointé des pieds !), l’hôte, la communication avec elle (Julie est au petits soins)…Alors oui dégâts des eaux la veille de mon arrivée mais tout a été fait pour que je soit gênée le moins possible et puis ce sont des choses qui arrivent.N’hésitez pas énerver chez Julie vous passerez un excellent séjour ! »

« You could tell it was cleaned just not very thoroughly. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Check in was easy though and good location. »

« Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...

« Everything was just perfect, from accessing the property to its stunning location. The view alone could entertain you for hours. The only aspect that was difficult was the lack of air con with the hot and humid weather. This maybe a strata issue, as it would appear no other unit within the complex had AC. »

« Check in is really simple This apartment is close to the Metro so only 4 stops into Sydney central. Its close to supermarkets and in a safe quiet neighbourhood. You dont need a car - you can walk to the metro or shops. The second bedroom is more like an alcove as it has no door - so good for a child but offers no privacy. Kitchen with a dishwasher is nice - an extra couple of plates bowls and more cutlery would be nice. Good value for what it is. »
