« Fantastic place...nice view and chairs on the lake. Firepit was cool. Walking distance to to great restaurants both with bar area. Hope to stay next year. »

« This is my second stay with my pup, Coco. My friend Scott stayed with us this time, and things were perfect! We were able to walk to dinner on the lake, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Everyone is friendly. The back yard was great for a campfire! We had coffee, soap, shampoo, and everything we needed for a perfect stay! We'll be back! »

« The cottage was so charming and the views spectacular! Everything we needed was readily available. Very accomodating. We have 2 small fur babies and were able to walk them around the property as well as along the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was quiet and peaceful and a woderful place to unwind. Good food within walking distance. Close to wonderful sites to see. The local produce was impressive and reasonable..highly recommend!! »

« Beautiful views and a serene space! It was a great respite from a busy family visit and we loved being walking distance to Seabreeze. There is a beautiful nearby running trail and the beach at the property is sandy and private. Will definitely stay again! »

« Stayed here for nine nights and experienced all Rochester weather from cold rainy nights to beautiful warm sunny days. The fall foliage was reaching its peak and was putting on a great show. Had a great time visiting relatives and friends in the area. »

« I have booked many vrbos, the photos of the listing are always where you actually stay. I booked a two bedroom cabin from charlie upon arrival the house was not the house! I messaged charlie prior to checking in order to get check in process… no response…upon arriving All 5 beds were in the same room, the house was not what we paid for in the listing! There were zero amenities! NOT EVEN TOILET PAPER. The entire cabin is falling apart! Charlie did put us in a different cabin after threatening to...
