« We really enjoyed our stay in the house, which is quaint and well-located, close to several lovely beaches, farm stands, restaurants, and more. The property looked a little better in the photos than IRL, I have to say. The listing wasn't inaccurate, but it was very well photographed. We found the space to be a little tighter than expected, and quite cluttered with stuff. This could be easily fixed. Some other things could have been a little better. It is in various stages of repair and renovation with multiple extension cords to run appliances and window ac units.With a considerable amount of work this property has great potential.Location was good for proximity to shops and restaurants. We attended the US Open in Southhampton which is nearby.I could not comfortably recommend this property at the current rate or condition. »
