« Hôtel bien situé, près d'un centre commercial. Il est très bien sécurisé, l'appartement super bien équipé, la literie confortable. Juste deux soucis, certains équipements demandent à être remis en état mais rien de trop gênant. L'autre soucis c'est la caution qui est débité, elle est rendue rapidement après le séjour mais un peu gênant avec le taux de change. Bon échange de communication. »

« Wonderful stay in a great area of CBD Brisbane. The pool view is stunning, and they have an excellent gym on the terrace as well. Full size kitchen and free washer/ dryer as well. (2 Laundry detergent packets included!) There was a balcony (street facing) and living room with full size tv set up. Conveniently located about a 5min walk from the riverfront. Also, fun bonus, they have a library with a large range of books to read during your stay! »

We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for.
