« In the photos it looks a bit more modern than what it really is. I appreciate the nice flooring and everything is painted but it still has a rundown feel to it.The beds are advertised as queen size but we believe they were full. They were too small and one of my kids ended up sleeping on the sofa as they could not share a full bed with their sibling. My husband and I also do not fit in a full bed so luckily I had brought along one air mattress that he ended up on. If there would’ve been two...

« I loved that it was pet-friendly and clean as a whistle when we arrived. The best part was the proximity to the State park, their beautifully kept landscaping, and proximity to Niagara Falls. »

« The host was very informative and provided all information needed for our stsy. The property was clean and beds all had new bedding. The host provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is super helpful when traveling. The only challenge was temperature regulation. The thermostat would reset every 1 1/2 hours and drop to 56 degrees. We had to keep resetting, even having to wake up during the night to reset. »

« The host had good communications. We had an issue with the furnace going out and they came quickly but were unable to fix it, so the host moved us to another unit close to where we were. Inconvenient but no ones fault.The place is comfortable, but some items were a bit spartan. With a large group and 12 bedrooms, we would have expected a few more large pots and pans. »

« Beautiful home with old school charm. I really liked all the hardwood throughout the house. Beds were comfy and showers were awesome. I felt like I was at home. Location was great; in a quite neighborhood but easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. »

« I was hoping that we could see the Lake from inside the house, but it was a super short walk away. We enjoyed sunsets from the bench provided by the lake. Sandy was super helpful and had a lot of info at the house for ideas of things to do. We were given a couple VERY generous offers with the house but unfortunately couldn’t take advantage of them. »

« Awesome comfortable home close to everything. Peaceful friendly neighborhood. Host was amazing in making sure we were settled in. House was clean and pet friendly. Back yard is great to relax with the birds singing in spring. We’d definitely stay here again. »
