« What a great place. Very comfortable, clean and loved the location. Every room has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the walk-in shower relaxing under the stars and admiring the amazing sunsets. Spent most of the time relaxing, walking on the beach and looking for beach glass. You do have to check out the history of the home and the man who built the place. Check out the photos and documents pertaining to the person and the property.Jules and Austin were great. ...

« We have visited Chautauqua many times iand this house met all of our needs. It was nice to have on-site parking and a fully stocked kitchen. The place was clean and met our expectations. The indoor spaces are very spacious and there's a nice porch to sit on with plenty of porch furniture for guests. »

« Generally a well-maintained condo, except that when I sat on a dining room chair for the first time, it collapsed. I only weigh 120 pounds and had sat down as I normally do. It obviously was already broken and reassembled by whoever did it in such a way that it appeared to be OK, even though one of the legs was detached from the seat.
