« Host is very friendly, house is well maintained and decorated. Great location with easy access into Kalamunda or down the hill. »

« Kitchen area was clean. House is a little run down. Mattresses and old Tyers in backyard this place is not suited to people with small kids. Very Dark inside, Windows could not be open at all, no escape in a fire situation. Back yard not looked after at all. I know they are in drought but you can still clean up. »

« Great spot, everything you need for a little getaway. Loved the wildlife, roos, ducks, frogs, birds, was lovely sitting on the front balcony watching and listening and chatting. Comfy beds, and loved the reclining lounge chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and the shower was great. Was a little hard to to work out how to get out the back area, there some steps out the back on the right. Shops not far away, some lovely cafes and restaurants not far away and easy to get to. »

« Kingsley Lake House is perfectly situated for a stay in Perth, NOR with quick access to the CBD. The house is on a quiet street right next to Lake Goollelal and access to walks through the local woodland with views of the lake and local wildlife.On arrival check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided by our hosts. The house is spacious and inviting and well designed for a family stay. After a long trip it was nice to find a shopping centre located just over the road for a food...

« Very nice 4 bedroom home with close proximity to airport and motorways. Front door lock was troublesome and garage door would not open which was not a big deal, parked in driveway. Owners were wanting to fix whilst there but did not want that hassle. »

« This is the 2nd year my friends and I have stayed at this beautiful federation house. We love everything about this house. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. All the trees in the street have fairy lights which makes the street so pretty when you come in at night. There is everything you need at the house right down to a toy box full of toys in the room with the bunk beds. I would most definitely stay at this house again and hope to do a return stay in 2027. »
