After getting in contact with Whitney, it quickly became clear that her homes were exactly what we were looking for. The area is beautiful. « We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. »

« What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage! »

« DO NOT RENT FROM TOBY. He notified me of no plumbing 4 days before we were to arrive. Over next few days he would only answer if I reached out on status. 24 hours before arrival I once again asked status - he told me VRBO suggested I cancel. When I did, I was told I would only get 400 back and informed Toby he needed to ask for full refund to me due to property having no plumbing. One week later no refund is n works according to my phone call with VRBO. EVERY day I asked Toby status of refund...

« Loved this property and its location to all the things we wanted to do. The host was super communicative, which I always value! We had everything we needed to keep us comfortable and were close to Letchworth State Park and a short day trip from the Finger lakes and Seneca wine trail. The space inside and out was perfect for a relaxed and stress free stay! »
