Amazing experience! »

« The location is great, just 5minutes walk to a shopping mall with a supermarket mostly open till 22:00. Airport, Queen Victoria Market, South Melbourne Market and CBD, all within 20minuted drive. Even not going to drive, tram station is just outside. As a service apartment, it provides really complete furniture (specially for cooking and dinning). For me, its really impressive! »

« L'arrivée fût un peu confuse puisqu'il n'y a pas de réception physique dans l'établissement. Cependant la réception par téléphone et par email était extrêmement réactive et nous a beaucoup aidé. Si vous n'êtes pas d'Australie je vous recommande vivement de prendre une puce téléphonique dès votre arrivée pour avoir accès à internet, à la réception et à l'application. L'appartement était impeccable, très propre, la bâtisse elle même date du 19e siècle et est magnifique et très bien conservée....

« There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic »

« I was offered early check in ( although I had to pay AUD 30.00 ) but comsidering I was on a red eye flight, the offer serve me right. I left one of my vest in the room when I checked out and the staff kept the vest and returned it to me when I went back to collect my bags »

« Everything was perfect. »

« Room was great. Staff were so helpful and kind. Car parking was a bonus. Thank you! »

« Outdoor pool wasnt heated this time, spa amazing, view amazing, room was good but heaps of damage, floors, wall, furniture, kitchen, carpets pretty much eveything needs a full reno & windows wont open, but the view on level 61 makes up for it, its a great place to stay & woolies azn groceries & restaurants on the ground floor. »

« Was incredible »

« Convenient location. Nice balcony. Good facilities in kitchenette. »

« The check in process was tricky be mindful of that in advance »

« This property is in a great location. We booked a room described as a ‘family room’. The bed described as a ‘sofa bed’ was not a bed at all, rather a very hard lounge with a metal rod. Please don’t sell this room to any other families without replacing the ‘sofa’ with an actual bed. I’ve seen other reviews complaining about this but you have not fixed the issue and we were caught out because we arrived late in the evening. »

« Mum and I had a lovely one night stay at St Joseph’s by the Sea. It was quiet and felt secure, part of a spiritual retreat centre with an adjoining convent. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were perfect, and access worked well for my 94-year-old mum, with a wheelchair available too. It is an easy 10-15 walk to main shopping area of Williamstown and less than 1 minute to the waters edge. There was plenty of on street parking available when we stayed. We had a twin room which was roomy, with desk...
