« Have been vacationing in TIP for decades, family owned and currently owns property there. The AC was the reason we chose this over other cottages. Would have liked to have control of the thermostat as we are wimps when it comes to the heat! No humidity where we live! We would rent again due to newness of cottage, bedroom space, beds, amenities, etc. Would have loved to have a large table outside with 8-10 chairs for dining as we have a large group that goes each year and like EACH to host a...

« Upon arrival we were met by the homeowner in person to explain a few things and she was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. The house was just as described and very clean & cozy yet had enough room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, which is always a plus when renting so I always try to comment on the beds for others! We had a truly enjoyable time celebrating the nations 250th birthday here & watching the fireworks right fromThe back yard! »
