« Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere. »

« After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. « The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use) »

« We stayed for Fairfield University graduation. Very clean nice place. The only thing I could say is bring extra towels there was enough. Other than that it was perfect. »

« Great place with ample room for our large party of 15 to celebrate the holidays! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Only opportunity for improvement would be to increase kitchen stock items (plates glasses bowls utensils etc) and add another bathroom. Thanks for a great stay! »
