« Beautiful views and a serene space! It was a great respite from a busy family visit and we loved being walking distance to Seabreeze. There is a beautiful nearby running trail and the beach at the property is sandy and private. Will definitely stay again! »

« Perfect location on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely deck facing the lake shore. Short walk to a small playground and beach. Our adult son took daily extended bike rides around the area. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a kitchen stocked for cooking in. Restaurants and grocery store minutes away. Our highlight was seeing juvenile eagles fishing in the lake. »

« Being able to get on early was really nice. The house has everything you need and lot of extras like lots of board games and toys in the garage our grandson loved playing with them. Could get the TV to work but that was ok. The weather was excellent and we were outside all day we rented a pontoon boat at the marine. We had 2 campfires while we were there. « Plenty of windows, excellent lake frontage. We came for my birthday weekend. There are 2 bedrooms and a "loft" bed in the dining room. 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Outside there is a room with couch and tv for extra people, but no bathroom. Kitchen was very well appointed. Kayaks and canoes were available to use as well! They sealed the road the day before we arrived making getting in and out a pain, as well as deliveries. The only things I'd change are: putting a tv in the living room, a...

At check-in, the building was open and unattended, with visible damage to the screen door, unsafe low railings, and structural concerns-the front of the structure is supported by stacked tires rather than a permanent foundation. « Stayed here for nine nights and experienced all Rochester weather from cold rainy nights to beautiful warm sunny days. The fall foliage was reaching its peak and was putting on a great show. Had a great time visiting relatives and friends in the area. »
