« Rosemary was an excellent host.She was available if needed and precise on her directions on where to park and how to enter the cabins.Her beautiful home is on the expansive property and she greeted us upon our arrival.The cabins were clean and inviting.Guests have access to stairs down to the shore line where we were treated with beautiful sunsets! You do have to take your belongings across the lawn from the driveway,approximately thirty yards. »

« A problem with the hot water heater was discovered upon our arrival Friday afternoon and reported to the property manager. He immediately addressed the issue and had a crew repair the hot water tank within several hours on Friday evening. Great timely response - having no hot water would have ruined our weekend trip! Online listing says no bed linens/ towels or Wifi provided - we were pleasantly surprised to find all of these were provided!Our family had a great time staying at this cabin....

We woke on our last morning to more than half a foot of lake-effect snow, and the driveway was cleared well before we were ready to leave. We greatly enjoyed the National Comedy Center and Lucy Desi museums in Jamestown, NY. »

« We did not receive check in information until the day before our trip, the hosr did not reply to direct communications, he ignored my concerns and still has not replied to me 2 full weeks later. First off this is a camper with windows that either wont close or wont open. A huge wasp nest in one of them. No bedding, no towels, no drinkable water.
