They went the extra mile and provided extra amenities like snacks, cold drinks, bathrobes, razors, toothpaste, and toothbrushes.Both the inside and the outside spaces were beautifully appointed. « Our stay at this luxurious estate was perfect for our family getaway! With a family of 7 there was copious space with one bedroom unused! All of the amenities and features allowed us to enjoy a poolside lazy day, family dinner around a large dining room table, family game night in a designated space, nature to behold, and a kitchen with everything we needed for a proper meal to be prepared. The property managers were available 24/7! (No exaggeration) Whenever we needed them, they responded...

« Our stay was great. The house is new and amazing. The host was responsive and answered any questions we had. There a few things I would note: the living room gets very sunny and the glare of the ice on the lake made it a bit hard to stay in there. The suana and hot tub were not clean and we couldn’t use them. »

Max proactively identified an issue with the master bedroom the day before our stay, implemented a resolution, and let us know about everything so that we could alter our sleeping arrangements as needed. Max also helped direct us to extra supplies during the stay - which was very useful since we were hosting a big family group at the time.The house itself was wonderful....
