« This listing is really relying on the location which is perfect for what we wanted. The neighborhood amenities were nice even though when we came many things were closed. The lake, dock, kayaks, and outdoor space was great. The house itself is extremely dated and has an odor throughout. The couches have stains and the kitchen has less than the bare minimum you would expect a rental to have. The bathrooms all had a soggy type smell. The basement especially had a really muggy smell. « When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it.
