« Property sent email and sms message which stated that reception hours were till 6pm on Sat and this written on the door but when we requested to leave our bags till 6,we told that they closed at 5pm and we would have to be back before that time .Apartment was lacking in that there no coffee pods,no milk,no shampoo and conditioner or tea towel.Extra towels for use at pool and tea towel were supplied when we requested them by friendly reception staff who also supplied information on trams ad best...

« Clean & quiet room, fantastic views, 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 2 tram lines, train station, Victoria markets, a fantastic location - no need for a car! Dishwasher could do with a clean put through it. Otherwise 10/10 would definitely stay again! »
