« We had an amazing stay. Location: The villa is close to the tangalooma northern carpark so not too far to carry luggage or to go and explore the island. The balcony has a great view of the sunset, with 2 skinny palm trees giving a tropic vibe. The villa is a short walk to the resort pools, cafe and restaurants. Roughly a 20min walk north to the wrecks or 20min walk south to the jetty to watch the dolphin feeding.Facilities: The unit was well equipped and well cleaned considering its on a sand...

« The Villa was tidy and well equiped, clean and nicely presented.Fantastic location in paradise with great access to the Resort.The only negative would be that the AC is locked to above 25 degrees, despite the owner guide advising 22-24 degrees. Not quite cold enough for comfort in an Australian summer. »

« When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy. »
