« Really good to find a nice place that allows a pet parrot to stay (other than the ubiquitous dog as “pet” friendly). The villa is in a superb location very close to Daylesford centre and looks down through trees to the lake, which has a nice circumferential walk. Lots of birds around the villa and no noise other than birdsong. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again. « One of the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. Short walk to Hepburn springs creek and day spa. We were itching to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view and sounds from the creek and wildlife but unfortunately during our stay the weather wasn’t the greatest. We loved the open fire and the stone bath was quite big and comfortable for 2. Great well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again 👌😀 »

« I would not stay there again.. most windows don’t work/open 2 airconds, only 1 operational. Radiator heaters in all rooms (nice for winter) no good for summer if 3 of them can’t turn off! (Had to turn off the boiler) fire alarm missing from insert. Bathroom, you have to duck to get into hand basin shower area. Floors in kitchen, back door and lounge area require re-stumping.. sounds like elephants in the house… everything shakes and rattles when walking through! Chickens - these are neglected,...

The listing advertises a beautiful patio area with tables and chairs however when we arrived we were shocked to see it was actually shared with a unit behind it and only had a mouldy, falling down sheet to separate the two.
