« I am originally from the area and wanted to “go home” for a few days. The cabin was clean and had plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, linens, etc. for my family’s 5 night stay. I loved drinking my morning coffee on the front porch and watching the birds and deer in the yard. My husband and daughter had a blast fishing the pond, catch and release of course. « We visited for a weekend to spend time with family. The area is very quiet and relaxing. You can hear the nearby stream after it rains. The house has everything you need, beds are comfortable, and it’s clean. »

« This property exceeded all expectations and is reasonably priced. The location on the lake is provides privacy and is ideal for swimming or boating. All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. « Just spent 3 nights in this beautiful and cozy farmhouse! It was absolutely perfect for our large family as we celebrated our daughter’s graduation from St. Bonaventure. The house is so clean and well appointed with many extras and amenities. Tons of towels, cozy comfortable living and bedrooms, paper goods, and bathroom toiletries. « We stayed in a lovely 1870 home. The owner is working hard to fix it up. I and my family wre up there for my daughter's wedding she married someone from upstate New York. I did not have any trouble getting in touch with the homeowner. There was just minor hiccups but the owner helped out alot. When the house is completely finished I would love to come back and stay again. »

« We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people. »
