« We enjoyed spending a week here. The place was charming and definitely tucked away down a quiet street surrounded by mountains. Our host Maria was easy to contact. We only met her once as she was mostly out of town when we were there but she was gracious enough to let us see the 4 alpacas up close and feed them. « The location of the property to restaurants was great. However, the property is tucked away on a side street. If arriving after 7 pm, guests should be told not to drive past the Pizzeria on the right since house numbers are difficult to see in the dark. »

« Belle maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Aucune arnaque! La vue est splendide. La maison possède tout le confort annoncé. Il y règne un calme incroyable et pas de vis à vis ce qui préserve l' intimité. Le prix au vue de la prestation se justifie pleinement. Cependant en arrivant nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle. Les ustensiles de cuisine ont du être nettoyé en arrivant tout comme les sols. Le canapé mériterait un décrassage. Mais pas d' état des lieux ni caution...

« very nice vertical house in center of old town. great location near restaurants and coffee shops. very clean. easy access and departure. not a property for people who struggle with stairs. hot water in showers is a little tricky. shower in one of the bathrooms needs a door, and washing machine could use some written instructions. overall, we enjoyed it, and recommend it with the few caveats already mentioned. »

« Siamo stati con degli amici, praticamente siamo stati a casa solo per lavarci e dormire,sul discorso acqua calda aimé è stata una pecca,hanno un piccolo scaldabagno dove il primo giorno mia figlia è rimasta insaponata con acqua gelata,bisogna lavarsi a intervalli di 20 minuti.Per il resto casa trovata molto pulita e profumata. »

« The location of this property in Sulmona is great for getting around to nearby cities (we had a car), walking to restaurants and/or stores or just for an evening pasegiatta along the main street and piazzas. It’s a great, walkable town with wonderful, friendly locals that make you feel right at home. The wifi in the unit is great!
