The location and view are beautiful, check-in was easy, and the apartment was surprisingly quiet despite being in the city center. However, I was very disappointed that we were not informed in advance that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. I only found out through other guests’ reviews a few days before arrival. For a 10-night stay and at this price point, this was a major disappointment. I contacted the property several times and requested a small compensation of $25 per night, but no gesture was offered. The staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming, and we often felt like we were bothering them when asking for something. Overall, great location and view, but disappointing communication and service, especially regarding the unavailable facilities.

Hôtel très bien placé, près de l'aquarium, Field museum,...piscine et jacuzzi au 8eme étage. Nous avons apprécié la vue depuis notre chambre sur le lac. Je recommande. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle dans la kitchenette.
