Villa Résidence Grande Mare

Perched on the shimmering coast of Brač, this newly built (2025) estate offers an expansive 800 m2 of contemporary living within a 32,000 m2 plot, a rare composition of space and privacy. Designed for up to 12 guests, the property features six en‑suite bedrooms, climate‑controlled comfort with A/C in every room and underfloor heating in the bathrooms, and sweeping seaviews that frame the Adriatic just 70 metres away. A private concierge ensures seamless arrival and bespoke local arrangements, while practicalities are covered with private parking, garage and a secure, partially fenced yard.

Interiors are curated for convivial living and quiet retreat alike: a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for 12 invite long, shared meals; multiple living areas with smart TVs, a stereo system and Netflix create relaxed evenings; and a dedicated playroom, board games and a PlayStation 5 cater to younger guests. Wellness and recreation are central — a sauna, Jacuzzi, heated 50 m2 pool, gym equipment and a relaxation room complement billiards, table soccer, table tennis and darts for spirited afternoons.

The gardens and outdoor facilities feel like a private coastal club: sun terraces furnished with 12 loungers, six umbrellas, an outdoor BBQ and alfresco dining set against carefully tended lawns. Direct access to the water with boat mooring, kayak and SUP board make sea excursions effortless, while a cycling trail and nearby beaches and coves invite exploration. Practical extras such as daily cleaning, prestocking, private chef service and massages are available on request to personalise your stay.

Perfect for multigenerational families or discerning groups seeking a blend of active days and restorative calm, the villa is pet‑friendly and ideal for those who value space, privacy and service. Events are not permitted; young groups are accommodated upon request.
