Villa Paliki Sunset is located on the beautiful Greek island of Kefalonia on the western side of the mainland. The island is the largest in the Ionian archipelago and is known for its stunning beaches with clear water, its delicious seafood and its dramatic scenery of green landscapes and limestone cliffs. Due to the island's Mediterranean climate, the summers are hot and sunny while the winters are rainy and mild. Kefalonia International Airport is located at a 1-hour drive from the villa.

The villa is set on a 20-acre plot of land in a quiet and secluded area with stunning sea views, an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The property has been designed with an eco-friendly approach and makes the most of the available natural energy resources, the exterior and interior has a mix of traditional and modern décor with colourful touches throughout giving it a homely vibe. This spacious property is perfect for a large group of friends or for a big family as it can accommodate up to 10 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and a comfortable lounge with a fireplace. The large patio doors let plenty of light into the area as well as allowing you to enjoy the stunning surrounding views; these doors can be fully opened up to allow easy flow between the indoor and outdoor areas. On this level, you will also find four en-suite bedrooms all with their own verandas, your own little private place to enjoy the views. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed while the remaining 3 have twin beds, these can be kept separate or pushed together for easier sharing arrangements. On the first floor, you will come across the spacious master bedroom; this room has a queen-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a fireplace and a big balcony that offers fantastic panoramic views. There are also two additional sofa beds available in the property.

Villa Paliki Sunset has a great outdoor space for you to enjoy. Here you will find an outdoor dining table, umbrellas, plenty of seating, hammocks and sun loungers all ready for you to sit back and relax. The large infinity salt-water swimming pool is perfect for taking a refreshing dip in or if you fancy a swim in the sea instead then it is only 50 metres away! There is also an outdoor shower for your convenience and a barbecue available for you to enjoy dining al fresco.

Villa Paliki Sunset is located on the stunning island of Kefalonia in the peninsula of Paliki, not far from the historic hilltop village of Chavriata. The property is situated on a 20-acre plot of land in a private and secluded area with unobstructed beautiful sea views, a great place if you are looking for some peace and quiet. There are restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets available within a short drive.

One of the closest beaches to the villa is Lagadakia beach; this is a small and secluded beach with white pebbles and clear water. It is a great spot if you are looking for somewhere quiet away from the main tourist sites or if you fancy a bit of scuba diving or snorkelling. If you are looking for somewhere more bustly then head to Xi beach, this long beach is known for its dramatic white rocky cliff backdrop and its red sand. The water here is clear and shallow ideal for swimming and for the little ones to splash about in. The on-site facilities include a variety of bars, restaurants and watersports.

Lixouri is the main town on the Paliki peninsula and can be reached in under 20 minutes by car. Here you will find plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars. This charming town's main attractions include Iakovatios Library and museum, the Philharmonic School, Agios Charalambos church and the statue of the poet Andreas Laskaratos. Don't forget to take a stroll to the port and pause in the main town square for some lunch and to watch the world go by.

The Monastery of Kipoureon is located at an 18-minute drive from the villa and is well worth a visit. This 17th-century monastery constructed on a cliff edge 90 metres above sea level offers magnificent views of the coastline and sea. The monastery is home to several important religious artefacts, and the gardens are a nice place to take a stroll. The yard is a great spot to stop and watch the sunset over the Ionian Sea, a sight you won't want to miss.

Flexible

Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 7+ nights also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
