The main level has an open great room with exposed beam T&G ceiling and lots of windows to allow natural light. A dining table between the living area and kitchen creates space to sit down together to enjoy a meal, prepared in the efficiently designed and well equipped kitchen. Kick back and relax in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite shows on cable TV. There's also a full bathroom off the great room.

Time for bed? There are two welcoming bedrooms on the lower level, each with a Queen bed. These rooms share access to the second full bath, with a tub/shower.

The spacious semi-wrapround deck, surrounded by the peaceful forest, is sure to be your favorite hangout spot here.

Enjoy the mountain air while cooking on the gas grill barbecue.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home is pet friendly for one (1) mature-well trained dog under 50lb. Pet rent is $25/nt plus tax.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended November-April.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY –
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
