Upon entering, a thoughtful welcome station greets you, complete with a comprehensive home manual with local insights and personalised recommendations.



The main hallway takes you to a bright open-plan living space. A sunny dining area with a luxurious open-plan kitchen and large central living room. The oversized sofa offers comfort and style and the large flat screen tv and a great view over the Rambla ensure you are always entertained. There's also plenty of board games for fun times.



The balcony is an idyllic setting for al fresco dining or savouring a bottle of locally crafted Penedès wine while basking in the ambiance of the bustling street below.



The high-quality kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and has plenty of worktop space so, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need.



Come evening, retreat to four inviting bedrooms, each offering comfort and cleanliness. The master suite boasts an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable double bed, the option of an additional single bed and a walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed ensure ample space for all guests.



Freshen up in the thoughtfully equipped and modern bathrooms, featuring essential toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.

Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500€is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvifor this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€per person.

If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment.
