« Such a nice home, everything was perfect, they even had Band-Aids, which I needed from all of the walking downtown - Thank you! The hot tub was nice, could have been a little warmer :) It was a lovely stay, beds were super comfey and I loved the throw blankets as it got a little cold while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality. I would certainly stay there again. 10+ »

« The location of this property is good, just a short 2 block walk to the beach, with easy access. The location is quiet, which is always appreciated.There are some general maintenance items that would improve the location. For example, wall damage in a few areas. Also the game room had a musty smell, so we did not end up using this space.Kitchens very important to me. This kitchen was stocked with the basics, but nothing beyond that. »

« Was there for my Daughter’s wedding and we had family from out of town. Property was beautiful. Very clean, everything you could need was there. Communication with the host was excellent. Very responsive. Check in process was super easy. If you have a large family gathering, this is the perfect place. Close to St. Augustine and attractions, close to beach access and grocery store. Neighbors were friendly and the property was pet friendly. 10 out of 10. »

« 10/10 ... Excellent location, close to the beach and not too far away from St. Augustine. And the routes into town are very easy. There are a couple of restaurants near by, but a grocery store is close as well so it was easy to stock up for the 6 days we were there. The heated pool and hot tub were exactly what some New Englanders needed to escape from the snow for a little bit. One small issue with the pool was quickly fixed with one text message to the hose. We plan to come back in...
