« We had a great stay at Crossroads. However, when we checked in we had to wait an additional 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. 4pm checkin already is a little late, so waiting around another 1.5 hours not knowing when the room would be ready was a bit of a pain. It was made worse by Pippin closing at 4pm for a private event, so we basically had to sit around while we waited. « I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! « Lovely stay at the Graduate Hotel in Charlottesville. I’ve stayed at a few of these throughout the country and they are always welcoming and impeccably designed. I love that they capture the flavor of the city. »

« Second time there, for a week each time. Excellent hotel: perfect location between the downtown mall and the Main Street of CV. Free car park, good breakfast. Super clean rooms in excellent condition. Low noise from the street. »

« Checked in. 1. TV didn’t work, not a big deal, they came and repaired it. 2 Bed had no top sheet! Slept with nothing, too hot to sleep with a blanket, see next… 3. Air conditioning did not work, it was 10 PM when we returned and realized it was now 78 in the room, stuck it out for the night, they moved us to another room across the hall.
