« Tutti i confort, un bel giardino, arredamento discretamente curato. La cucina è molto bella e c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare più che dignitosamente. Se vogliamo trovare un difetto sono un po' scarsi i piatti e i bicchieri, nel senso che sono molto spaiati tra loro. « Ottima posizione nel Centro di Numana e con un piacevole terrazzo affacciato sul mare. Manca l'ascensore quindi portare i bagagli al secondo piano richiede qualche sforzo. Il lato negativo di essere in Centro e' che volendo dormire con le finestre aperte piuttosto che con l'aria condizionata l'appartamento e' un po' rumoroso soprattutto in occasione di ferragosto quando proprio sotto casa c'e' un mercato di prodotti locali aperto fino a notte tarda e nella piazza si organizzavano spesso serate...
