The house is a short walk from the beach
of Marina Piccola and less than 1 km walk from the beaches of San
Lorenzo and Pizzomunno. All services are within easy reach.
The house is located in a pedestrian area, in a ZTL from 8 pm to 7 am.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 35 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Z.T.L. area from 8pm to 7am it is not possible to circulate or park the car in the neighborhood where the apartment is located ( Z.T.L. area valid from 01/06 to 15/09).
- Air conditioning in the living area.
