These bright, cozy rooms are located on the first floor of a residential building in Vienna’s 6th district. It measures 145  m² and accommodates up to 22 guests. The building has no elevator. The rooms includes a private bathroom and access to a shared lobby with coffee and beverage vending machines. There is no kitchen.



This bright hotel rooms setup offers comfortable accommodation with a total of nine standard double beds (140 × 200 cm), two sofa beds making it ideal for larger groups. Each room includes fresh linens, a wardrobe, chairs, and a sofa for added comfort.



Windows face the courtyard, offering a quiet and peaceful environment away from street noise.



There is no dining table. Guests may use the shared lobby space to enjoy drinks or light snacks purchased from the vending machines.



The rooms do not have in-unit laundry. However, a public laundromat is conveniently located just 180 meters away.
