It features large street-facing windows, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable king-size bed (180×200).

The kitchenette includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, stovetop, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, basic cooking essentials, and a dishwasher for added convenience.

You’ll also enjoy fast WiFi, a 50” Samsung QLED Smart TV, blackout shades, and hotel-style slippers for a comfortable stay.



Guests enjoy full private access to the entire apartment with a street-facing entrance. Check-in is contactless via smart lock — your unique code is sent automatically around noon on the day of arrival after completing the online registration form.



We won't be available in person, and prefer communicating through the app.



Located in Vienna’s 4th district (Wieden), this listing is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and design stores.

Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt, and Belvedere Palace are all within a short walk, and public transport connections (U1, U4, 13A) make exploring the city effortless.



Vienna’s public transport is fast and reliable. A single ticket costs EUR 2.40 and is valid across U-Bahn, trams and buses. 

From the airport: take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to U4 to Kettenbrückengasse and walk 5 min to Kleine Neugasse.

From Hauptbahnhof: take U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Taubstummengasse then walk about 6 min.

In the Wieden district trams 1 & 62 and bus 13A offer excellent local connections. 



Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna.



Please make sure the apartment door is firmly closed when leaving and that the safe is left open upon check-out. If the safe is left closed/locked upon departure a penalty of 50Euro will be imposed.



You don’t need to take out the trash — our cleaning team will handle that after your stay, but you’re welcome to use the garbage area during your visit if needed (instructions provided after booking). The loss of this key



Please note that the apartment does not include a washer or dryer, but two self-service laundromats are located just a few minutes’ walk away — Waschtreff (600 m) and Green & Clean (800 m).
