« The rooms are great as well as the staffs are well behaved. »

« Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results. »

« Worth the money I paid but outdated interior. The hotel desperately needs a makeover but has massive potential. Ideally located in the middle of new market so sky’s the limit for this hidden gem of a hotel »

« Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. »

« I have no problem with the hotel but hotels.com. I could not check in immediately after I arrived because the hotel did not receive any notification from hotels.com. Then I contacted the customer service but it also failed to resolve the issue. The agent even asked me the phone number of the hotel so she/he can contact them. So so disappointed with hotels.com »

« There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare! Nobody cared enough to think about how I will get in. And to add insult to injury, there was a fence at least 4 meters high or 5 meters high, to keep me from getting inside. Eventually, I had to call the local police,...

« We were supposed to stay for 15 days and pre-the the entire amount. The moment we arrived from a long international flight, we realized what a horrible place this is. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. The hotel misrepresented the condition on their website. We wouldn't stay in this hotel even if we were paid. We forfeited the entire payment because we didn't cancel 24 hours before check-in. How can one judge the condition of the hotel without being physically present? We...

« The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. »
