Ideal for couples, remote workers, or families, the suite offers a king bed, dedicated workspace, kid-friendly amenities, and a cozy living area with whale artwork inspired by Vancouver Island’s ocean life. Minutes from golf, hiking trails, lakes, and just 25 minutes from downtown Victoria.

This is a private, self-contained basement suite with its own entrance. The suite is approximately 570 sq ft and features one bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen, living area, laundry area, and a dedicated workspace. Designed to feel comfortable, stylish, and hotel-inspired, the living area includes a leather reclining sofa and a 65-inch Smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire suite via a private entrance on the left side of the house, accessed by stairs.

NOTE 1. We’ve made a meaningful investment in sound insulation to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for our guests. However, we live above the suite and are a family with two young children. While the space is generally very quiet, you may hear footsteps or normal household sounds during daytime hours.
NOTE 2. For security purposes, the exterior smart lock at the private entrance includes a camera facing the entryway only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the suite.
