The Melrose Place Main Suite is a cozy 2BR retreat in Victoria’s Shelbourne Valley with a heated pool, wraparound deck, and premium BBQ. This thoughtfully maintained space is the owner’s primary residence when he’s in town, but it’s fully prepared for guest comfort and privacy. Enjoy a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, private bath, and on-site laundry—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or exploring nearby shops, parks, and downtown.



The Space:

The suite is completely self-contained with no shared indoor areas. Full address and check-in details will be sent before your arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy a private entrance, secure on-site parking, and full access to their suite. Outside, a shared patio connects this suite with two others and includes a shared Blackstone BBQ available for guest use. The property also features a heated pool, open during the summer and optionally heated in the off-season with two weeks’ advance notice and a $150 fee. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or exploring the city, the space is designed for a comfortable and memorable stay.

A bus stop is just a 3-minute walk from the house, offering direct routes to downtown Victoria, the University of Victoria, and other key destinations. For those who prefer to drive, we offer ample guest parking and are just a 10–15 minute drive from downtown, local beaches, and scenic parks. Hillside Mall, only a few blocks away, makes shopping and dining a breeze, with options like Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, and local favourites like McRae’s close by. The area is also bike-friendly, with designated cycling routes for easy and eco-friendly travel. Whether you're here to explore or simply relax, everything you need is within easy reach.



Other Things to Note:

The washer and dryer are beneath the main patio deck, near the entrance to the lower suite—you may occasionally see other guests. Laundry pods and fabric softener are provided.



The pool is self-cleaning, but please clean up any excessive mess you create.



Interaction with Guests:
