Essential Stay Details

Secure underground parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are designed for standard-size vehicles; please let us know if you have a non-standard vehicle so we can ensure proper accommodations.

A one-time $390 cleaning fee applies at the time of booking. Optional weekly or bi-weekly professional cleaning services can also be arranged on an hourly basis to suit your needs.

Important Policies and Notes

Effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. All properties strictly enforce a $500 bylaw fine for smoking or vaping (including marijuana) anywhere inside the unit or the building premises.

We always recommend purchasing comprehensive trip cancellation insurance. Once confirmed, your reservation is refundable (less a $175 administrative fee) up until 30 days before travel. Within 30 days of travel, the reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. For multi-month stays, no administrative fees apply for schedule modifications, provided 30 days' written notice of your departure date is submitted.
