Walk to Granite Island, the Whale Centre, the cafes and pubs in Victor, the shops in Ocean Street, and events in Warland Reserve or just head to the sheltered sandy beach of Victor Harbor. The dog park is just 5 minutes' walk.

The property has a large private rear yard with shady trees and a leafy sheltered garden. It has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan layout with sunny north-facing bedrooms and a living area. The front and rear undercover outdoor areas provide shade and wind protection when required or an opportunity to chase the sun all year round. The house has a relaxed coastal vibe to it which will make for a wonderful beach holiday.
The kitchen has been fully renovated and features all mod cons including a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is one bathroom (with shower and bath) and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry with a washing machine.
