"The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. "We rented The Blugrass Palace for a multigenerational family vacation. There was more than enough space and beds for everyone. There are some maintenance updates that need completed, but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave ..."
