« For just under $480 Cdn for 1 night, we were expecting a pretty nice room, but this was far worse than almost any other hotel room we've stayed in and I'm glad there is an opportunity to add photos. « We checked in and checked out within 25 minutes because of how disturbed we were with the property. The pool was green and disgusting (completely unusable). There was mold all over our ceiling. There were cob webs hanging from the ceiling. Bugs in every corner. Stains on pillows. And there was little children just roaming around the property without parents. »

« Worst Expedia booking ever! We got there and had paid for 2 rooms. They said they overbooked by around 40 rooms that day. The manager offered to refund us. We disagreed and they gave us a room, but not 2. We got to the room and it was filthy, smelly and no air conditioning! The desk manager said he would refund us so we went to the LaQuinta instead. No refunds on either rooms still and all around bad experience. »

« As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. « Good morning, our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted. When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by Expedia and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk...
