« The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. « So happy we found this place! Brought a group of 12, It was perfect for us. The price was more affordable then many others we saw during our search. Host made everything a good experience! The house was set up so well. They really utilized the space well for groups. We were on the go a lot but loved the cute deck, game room, and open areas for being together. So many cool features. « We walked into a dated lodging that was attached to the main home. It was clean and filled with amenities. If you want an upscale place to stay, this is not for you. We got a little worried on our drive to the place, but once there felt right at home. We loved the big, huge spacious back yard with a see-saw and corn hole to play. « The property was close to the Ark Encounter and local shops. The interior was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. Especially the downstairs. It has two arcade style games and a large tv. The house is in an older neighborhood but everyone seemed friendly. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and checked on us to make we had everything we needed (through the app). « We had a busy weekend in Cinic and really needed somewhere to rest. Well this place was that and WAY more. My teens want to rent it again to be able to spend more time there! It had comfortable beds, it was walking distance to a lot of cool stuff, it had a lot of things to do inside. Not to mention it was a cool turn of the century home that has been renovated so it was a lot of charm. We also loved the quirky decorations! Definitely will rent again! »

It should be noted that the pool was not open. The listing should be amended to say that the pool is only open Memorial Day to Labor Day. Any problems we had were addressed promptly »
