Appartement de prestige à Verone, près du centre historique

L'appartement est situé juste à côté de l'abbaye de S. Zeno, la plus importante église romane de Vérone, et depuis les fenêtres du salon, vous pourrez profiter de la vue magnifique sur le jardin et l'église. Une promenade de dix minutes le long de la rivière Adige mène à Castel Vecchio et aux Arèna, le centre historique de la ville.
L'élégant appartement a de belles finitions, se compose d'une chambre double, d'une chambre simple avec possibilité de 2 lits et de 2 salles de bains complètes avec douche, lavabo, toilettes et bidet. Dans une salle de bain il y a aussi une machine à laver.
Le quartier S. Zeno est historique, mais branché; sur la place, il y a des pizzerias et des endroits typiques où vous pourrez déguster les spécialités gastronomiques véronaises et déguster les vins de Valpolicella.
En voiture, vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le lac de Garde en une demi-heure; la gare est à 20 minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus (l'arrêt est juste sous la maison).

Un très bel appartement, bien situé, décoré avec goût. A côté de la basilique san Zeno, la vue et le cadre sont magnifiques! Restaurants, glaciers et supérette sont à côté à pied. Le centre n'est pas loin. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille !

Très belle et charmante résidence et appartement, exactement comme sur les photos. Très propre, fonctionnel, spacieux et, vu exceptionnelle devant la basilique et, sans vis à vis. Appartement calme et silencieux. Possibilité de place de parking pour un tout petit supplément. A proximité de toutes commodités (restaurants, alimentations, banque, gelato, bus...) et, à 10 mn du centre ville, 15mn des arènes. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, Fédérica e Riccardo, qui ont été chaleureux, serviable et, nous ont très bien accueilli. Un grand Merci à vous 2. The apartment is exactly as described with everything you might need. The view over the San Zeno grounds was captivating and our days were regulated by the bells waking us, reminding us of the time and calling the faithful to church.The no 31 bus service was put to good use with the Verona bus app and we enjoyed many of the local eateries, cafes and bars around piazza Corrubio and San Zeno.Communication with Federica was easy and she was very responsive. She helped with suggesting where I might buy specific Italian items I was looking for and gave us advance warning of an antiques fair in p. Corrubio (first Sunday each month).If we're ever back in Verona we would be checking availability here first so have no hesitation in recommending.Thank you Federica for the opportunity to stay at your elegant and wonderful apartment.

Immaculate apartment - great location

I booked this apartment for a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage children (ages 16 and 15). Dealing with Federica was straigntforward and uncomplicated. At our request she met us for check-in earlier than planned. The apartment was ideal - immaculately clean, spacious, all mod cons. The area of san zeno is peaceful with loads of family orientated restaurants, cafes, bars. Vesuvio restaurant was a particular favourite of ours. Short 20 minutes walk to Piazza Bra and the Arena. Loads of buses with different routes available outside the apartment. Couldn't have picked a better accommodation, location or host. Great memories of our week stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

This is a lovely, spacious apartment situated in a quiet area just a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Verona or you can hop on the number 30 bus just outside the apartment if you don't feel like walking. It has restaurants, bars and a good local supermarket just around the corner. Federica met us at the apartment and let us in early and provided us with an extra set of keys for our friend. It is a gem in just the perfect area. I would definitely go back to this apartment.

Perfect place to be in Verona

A big thanks to the owner Fedrica and Riccardo. Check in and check out was very easy going. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is just perfect. Big kitchen with everything you need. Two equal bathrooms and a well working ac. made everything very comfortable. The view to the San Zeno is amazing (and it is for us the most beautiful church) The apartment is perfectly placed with a 10 minutes walk along the Etch to the center. Just around the corner is a wonderful small placa with a lot of bars and restaurants which keeps you perfectly supplied with everything you need for moderate prices.

Best neighborhood in Verona

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely apartment right next to the grounds of San Zeno church. All windows open up to the beautiful grassy tree filled space next to the church with an unobstructed view of the bell tower. Quiet neighborhood with excellent restaurants and bars and a family filled piazza. This is not a tourist area but a residential one. Beautiful and easy walk to the town center of Verona along the river. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a washing machine but no dryer. Excellent communication with host Frederic’s.

Our annual summer vacation with our adult son

Beautiful home in an ideal location. The best stay ever and the host went out of her way to be helpful. Kitchen is equipped if you want to cook. Plenty of wine glasses and everything else you could think of for a pleasant meal. The pictures do not do the unit justice, it is beautifully furnished with large windows in every room that open onto the grounds of the Basilica. You hear the bells and a little bit of the choir on Sunday. Such a lovely experience. Our friends and family from Verona will now recommend this to all their visitors! Ten or fifteen minute walk to central but a social area with local restaurants is two doors down.Thank you Federica for everything.

Perfect apartment in Verona

The 1st floor (2nd floor in American terms) apartment is next to San Zeno Maggiore.... in fact, you're staring right at the church from the large windows. It's a very peaceful setting. Central Verona is a 15 minute walk. The apartment was immaculately clean and perfectly equipped, especially the kitchen. The wifi is strong; I had 4 devices connected with no issues. Very safe, easy, and nearby parking was provided by the owner however I'm not sure it's always available. The owner is extremely nice and responsive (so responsive that she instantly came to the apartment one morning when I stupidly locked myself out). Highly recommended!!!

Truly remarkable

We spent three weeks in this perfectly quiet, beautifully appointed, conveniently located, generously proportioned apartment overlooking the enclosed lawn of San Zeno Basilica. The bus to downtown stopped right in front of the apartment and the bus to the railroad station was just down the street. And walking to downtown was easy, too, passing by food shops, a couple of casual eateries, and enjoying a stroll along the upper embankments of the Adige River. Federica and Riccardo couldn't have been nicer, responding immediately when there were some mechanical problems and making us feel always welcome. Easily accessible by a single story of stairs, the apartment could also be reached via an elevator that was a godsend with all our luggage coming in and out. If we were to have a permanent home in Verona, we would want this to be it!

We loved this San Zeno apartment!

The apartment was lovely with a large open floor plan. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were large, one with washing machine, hang clothes to dry. Large windows open into the basilica grounds and we could hear the bells rining and nuns singing but not the noise of the piazza on the other side. Bus stop right out of the front goes to the train station and tourist areas. So many fabulous restaurants right on the San Zeno piazza, hop on hop off bus a 5 min walk. River walk is 5 min in the other direction. Conad supermarket is 7 min walk and has everything you could need. We felt safe at all times. 3 of us stayed 6 nights but would have been happy to stay longer. Federica was wonderful. Nothing negative to say at all.

Perfect in every way

Where to start? This little home from home could not have been better. The flat is beautifully furnished and overlooks the very quiet churchyard of St Zeno Church. Federica welcomed us and showed us round, she was really helpful and very friendly. A secure, locked underground car park is available for cars. The little square just behind the flat has wonderful restaurants, we recommend Rosa Blu and La Crescia del Tondo. The historic town centre is just 20 minutes walk away, as is the train station and you can get to Venice or Milan in 1.5 hours from there. Lake Garda is 30 minutes by car. We loved seeing St. Zeno Church Tower across Verona and knowing that this was our home fron home. We had a very happy stay there and can wholeheartedly recommend Federica and Ricardo's perfect holiday apartment.

A perfect location and property.

We loved staying in apartment San Zeno. The apartment is in a unique and wonderful location facing the private lawn of the famous San Zeno Basilica. Thus it has a pretty view which is totally private with no passerbys or street noise. Yet the apartment is around the corner from a wonderful piazza which has at least 10 cafés and is filled in the evening with locals and their families. It is a very pleasant 15-minute walk to the Castelvecchio and then on to the Piazza Bra. The apartment itself is quite pretty(charming artwork), very comfortable and very quiet. It is in a small building with only 6 other apartments. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Best for one couple or a couple with children as the a/c is in central areas and thus if hot, bedrooms cool with the doors open. Also the second bedroom is small. But the windows open and provide excellent ventilation.
