We are located in a safe community right across the bridge from Sylvan Beach. No worries of heavy traffic or being disrupted by loud music!

No need to find parking because Sylvan Beach is so close you can hear the screams from the roller coaster. Everything is within a minutes walk. You will have gaming, restaurants the sandy beach without having to have a car. All you have to do is cross the bridge! Also, a seconds walk to the pier (public mooring) and a stroll to the Verona Beach State park.

Walking out of the house you can see Oneida lake and the canal pier. The bridge to Sylvan Beach is located less then 200 feet from the house, so it will not take you long to get to Sylvan. As you go over the bridge you get a picture perfect view of the canal and lake. You can also walk in peace to the Verona Beach State park or the light house within 5-10 minutes. You can walk into the Park for free and enjoy what New York State is famous for; its parks. Or enjoy the magnificent presents of the still working and reconstructed light house of Verona Beach. Enjoy the sunsets right as you walk out the front door. Anywhere you turn you can find fun and entertainment.
