All within a very short walking distance (measured in feet not blocks or miles). Publix and the Miracle Mile are just across the 17th St bridge. Sea Cove also has a heated pool, a dune walkover to the broad beach, a community room with lending library and parking. Rates vary depending on the season. The quoted rate of $8,500/month is the high season January through April. Inquire about off season rates. The association does not allow rentals for less than a month and no pets. All rentals also need to be approved by the association so last minute bookings are difficult to accommodate.
