« The house matched the pictures and the listing description exactly and was in a quieter area off 30A. There was lots of space, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and pantry, enjoyable screened in porches both upstairs and downstairs, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and most importantly to my children: the pool was a 15 second walk (if that) out the front door! Highly recommend the house and would definitely stay here again. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that. »

« We absolutely loved the home and the location. Our family of 11 had plenty of space for sleeping / eating / playing games! The management company was very responsive when we had issues with the AC. Everything was a bike or golf cart ride away, including restaurants, the grocery store, the beach, etc. Wonderful trip to Seaside! »

« We stayed at this property for Easter vacation. House is brand new, a lot more of space and everything that you need to make your stay great. We used bikes to ride along 30A highway to explore. From the neighborhood where house is located, you go straight to the beach. You need to cross the street, but it is very close. There is a parking next to the beach and restrooms as well. « This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. « We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay. »

"J’avais réservé plusieurs semaines auparavant une chambre avec vue sur la mer, 2 lits et une kitchenette. Celle-ci etait essentielle en raison d’allergies. La chambre était plus chère parce que de catégorie supérieure. J'ai eu une chambre sans kitchenette : ils n’en avaient plus… On pouvait m’en donner une sur le stationnement avec seulement un lit ! Ou bien je gardais la chambre avec 2 lits sans kitchenette. En plus, la chambre n’est pas très propre et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude !!! J’ai demandé l’aide d’Expedia, sans vraiment en obtenir. Tant que tout va bien, ça va bien avec Expédia, mais ne comptez pas obtenir d’aide de leur part. En tout cas, je n’en ai pas eu jusqu’à maintenant. On m’a offert, peut-être un dédommagement de … 30 $ !"
