« The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a fresh feel throughout. It was great having two separate lounge areas and a generously sized dining table – perfect for larger groups. However, some practical issues affected our stay. « The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. « The house delivered all and more of what we required for a most enjoyable stay. There were all the comforts that the four of us wanted (and the two dogs),and those little added extras provided by the host were much appreciated.The house was wonderfully warm, with the bonus of a fireplace with plenty of wood that lasted the three days.The house was clean and well maintained, and the host very communicative and obliging.
