« Awful place. A scam. Not accurate to the pictures listed- it’s cramped, dirty, and with bottom of the barrel furniture and dishware. There is a poisonous spider hanging in the corner. The view is of a dirt field, not the ocean. There are spots on the comforter. RUN. »

« Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom. »

« The place was tastefully decorated with the little patio that we enjoyed wine and snacks in the evening. Very quiet area but minutes away from Monticeto in Summerland. Just off the cruise is easy access to get anywhere you want to go. My dog Charlie especially enjoyed the patio as there was a great area for him to enjoy the sun! »

« Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime. »
