« There was no light on the Holloway. No parking until 7pm. Entrance was not very welcoming. Though house was spacious. »

« room was double booked but they gave us another room, took about 20 mins. We were locked out when we came back later/ no front door key. This took about 15 mins. Run on a shoe string but very cheap. You pay your money and this is what you get. Staff very friendly and nice but the systems dont work at all there, need better organisation and a front door key. Also rooms need a spruce up! »

« property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

« Convenient location to railway & maritime museum. Be prepared to bring your own tea, coffee, flannel, wash up brush/scrub. Information to operate the oven where not for the model provided, and we struggled to operate the dishwasher, so gave up on that. Also couldn't get the under cupboard lights to work in the kitchen. »

« The property is situated in a great part of Southsea, you can get to the beach relatively quickly and there are plenty of attractions around. The property itself is in need of a spruce up and a thorough deep clean, it feels a bit tired throughout. Our children were wearing light coloured socks and due to the hard floors not being cleaned properly, they were all filthy when we left. For a property that sleeps 10, there is only 1 bathroom which was surprising, especially if everyone is trying...
