13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".



Frescoed, canal-facing apartment on the second floor with elevator, consisting of two bathrooms with shower and window; large living area with sofa and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Finally, two bedrooms with two queen-size beds each.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

bel appartement dans un palais vénitien

Appartement ,dans un palais vénitien ,très bien situé dans le centre de Venise .Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. cet appartement est pour 9 personnes maxi ,le canapé de la salle ne pouvant accueillir qu une personne . L équipement cuisine est très succin ;une cafetière ,quelques verres et couverts de plus seraient les bienvenus .

AC did not work, host company could not fix the problem. Nor could find replacement apartment the next morning. We had sightseeing plans that next day and had to find housing solution with a/c that morning due to schedule. Wonderful Italy would not refund any of our money. They did call late after 3pm with an option, but we already moved to new location. i told them they had until 11 am to find option, they said they understood in text when i told them i had to find other accommodations because of no a/c. it was 84 degrees in apartment. they text back that they understood. but no refund!!! no host check in, had to call central number, no support after 5pm beware of corporate vrbo hosts. can you believe that wouldn't return a family's money when the a/c didn't work and could not find timely solution.

Great location, very comfy beds

This apartment was great for my family of six. The kitchen and bathrooms all functioned very well, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was very spacious and the air conditioning was a nice respite from the 98* heat. The ceilings are absolutely the charm of this place, and lovely to enjoy while putting your feet up. The check in was very easy…they even have a place for you to store your luggage if you arrive prior to check in. The compressor in the closet is loud, but it’s a constant white noise that didn’t bother us at all. I would say that the apartment, albeit clean, is a little run down and not as staged up as the photos show. However, this would not stop me from recommending this apartment. It is still a great place to stay.

Gorgeous Palace

When we stepped through the treshhold of this palace, we were stunned. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space for my family and I and my in-laws (total 7) and the beds were enormous, the living room was huge, and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook delicious Italian meals at home. However, the home was also central to so many wonderful sights in Venice and walking everywhere was a breeze. The hosts were attentive, responsive, and wonderful. I would definitely be back again!

Great location and comfortable stay

The property is very well situated on a small canal and in close proximity to the Rialto bridge. Great restaurants and access to the major sights. Property was well supplied and had good a/c. The rooms are grand and the beds very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Great Apartment

We really enjoyed this apartment. We had 7 of us for 2 nights. It is in a great location with a grocery store very near and both a take away pasta restaurant and sit down restaurants along with other stores. It is very close to the Vaporetto stop and many places to see in Venice. The only issue we had was that my son ended up with bug bites. HE was sick one of the days we were there and stayed in the apartment all day. He killed about 8 mosquitos and was also sleeping in a bed near the window. Other than that, our stay was wonderful, lots of space, good a/c, laundry is not in the room.

The location was good

The propert itself was fine. It’s more the property owners I wasn’t that happy about. The check in spot is a good 20 minute walk from the actual apt which is a hassle. Then when we finally get there it’s pretty, definitely an old building but updated bathrooms. There was one roll of toilet paper in the entire place. Some hair left in one of the showers. A men’s pair of underwear in one of the rooms sitting on a chair. Everything else seemed clean but we were a little on edge at that point.
