13 Splendid apartments of various types and sizes located within the 500esque building "Cà Bollani".



Third-floor apartment overlooking canal and courtyard, consisting of living area with sofa and open kitchen equipped with refrigerator and dishwasher; two bathrooms with shower; and two bedrooms with one single bed and one queen bed each.

There is a sofa bed in the apartment.

The building does not have an elevator.



On the ground floor available to all guests is a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. All apartments are also equipped with air conditioning, heating and free Wi Fi line.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Quelques manques

Très étrange qu’il n’y ait pas de cafetière et lorsqu’on a demandé , ils nous ont dit qu’en Italie par peur d’électrocution ils n’en mettait pas!!! Également pas de sel ni de poivre et un seul rouleau de papier de toilette. Nous étions tout de même 13 personnes! Autrement, c’était très bien. De grand espace commun.

Lousy experience as the keypad for entry door was inoperable on the entire building. Multiple families, at least 20 people were locked out the rooms with no response from the host. A lock Smith had to be called to open each apartment, which was very costly for each family. Communication is nonexistent besides a auto bot. The neighbors mentioned this happened previously.

Stupendo

L’appartamento è situato in una posizione favolosa, sia per la vicinanza dalla stazione che dal ponte di Rialto.Accanto si trovano moltissime osterie, bar per aperitivi e pasticcerie , oltre che ad un supermercato. Appartamento stupendo , funzionale e ben tenuto, oltre che pulito. Assolutamente consigliato! SeDovessi ritornare a Venezia ci tornerei!

Traumhafte geräumige Wohnung mit Ausblick

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem tollen Viertel von Venedig. Wer allerdings in der Wohnung gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken möchte, sollte Gläser mitbringen, sonst ist aber alles andere da.

Beautiful location for Venice adventures

The property is beautiful and the location is great. Clean, easy distance to many sites, restaurants, coffee, and the water bus, St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge are a short distance. The place was very spacious and for our group well aside form the fact that the sofa bed two of our travelers was sleeping on was broken and horribly uncomfortable for them. We did have loud upstairs neighbors that were there for Carnevale. They would get going around 12am and continue until abound 3am... you could hear through the floor so depending on the neighbors you may want to bring earplugs. In the amenities they should note that while it says toilet paper is included. We arrived Friday afternoon... with such a large group were out by Sunday and when I emailed to ask if we could get more, they replied, “ Good evening. Sorry, but toilet paper is provided only on the day of the arrival.” So Just be prepared to go shopping... they provided us 6 small rolls for 14 people for 9 days. Also don’t ask for fresh towels... We emailed about it and the cost is exorbitant. They do have laundry onsite so Just refresh them yourself. We had two birthdays in our group while there and thanks to the spacious dining room area and large table we were able to have lovely family style dinners with food bought at the fresh market and coop, both a short walk from the villa. All and all a stunning city, a beautiful place to stay and a memorable trip!

Fantastic apartment with a great location

This place is beautiful and spacious. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Close to Rialto bridge and St. Marks. You do have to go up several flights of stairs, but it’s worth it.

Amazing huge apartment in Venice!

We were two families each with 2 adults & 4 kids, and had a fantastic time in this huge apartment situated in a great part of Venice near Campo San Polo. The rooms were extremely spacious and the apartment was very clean and tidy. It is in an old building with frescoes on the ceiling and statues in the stairwell. Lots of space for everyone; bathrooms were clean and functional; and we loved being on one of the small canals, walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommended!

Perfect location and very large. Lots of character

This place is in a perfect location and could easily accommodate our party of 9 people. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is that two of the air-conditioner units did not work and made loud noises during the night. We reported this the morning after our first night and were told that maintenance would take a look. However, maintenance did not come during the day and we had a second night with the exact same problem. We only stayed two nights and again I reported this after we left. I then was told that a maintenance man checked it out and said there was nothing wrong with the air-conditioner units. This was simply not true. They made loud clunking noises and did not blow out cold air. I wish management had not been so dismissive of our concerns. Besides the problem with the air-conditioner units, this place truly is wonderful.
